FITNESS & Behavior Change Specialist

Brian Paul Allison

"Those who value their time seek out the experts."

As a mind/body trainer at award-winning Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires for 18 years, and for the past five years on the team as a wellness specialist at the Center for Motivation and Change, in New Marlborough, MA. I am also on the staff at LenoxFit, and have also taught at Lenox Yoga, and many other locations.
I was a national champion drug-free bodybuilder, winning the Mr. CT, Mr. New England, and Pro Natural Mr. USA titles.  I was the Creative Director of Adventure Game Theater (as seen on PBS at Omega Institute). I am the author of several books, including, Wake Up & Smell the Ketones, the Carb Control Handbook; The Soul in the Stone (featuring digital art), and the most recent, Dire Chronicles.  Creativity as an aspect of holistic health, "fully functioning, self-actualized...", etc.
I also recite a wide range of poetry for inspiration and transformation in a process I call Poetry Theater (tour de force), which is a kind of exercise for the brain, one of several that I practice and teach (phonetic alphabet, major system, etc.)
